A Coordinator is any Member (or volunteer) who is selected through an interview process by a Director to lead a specific york is U event or program. Coordinators work closely with their Director and report regularly on their progress.

Coordinators can lead any parts of an event or program as decided between them and their Director.

Coordinators receive volunteer hours for their efforts and are recognized as Coordinators on the contributors list. They often comprise the top ten york is U volunteers and receive a wealth of membership rewards. Coordinators serve a minimum of one office hour each week in the york is U office (326 Student Centre).

Coordinators receive hands on leadership training and experience that best prepares them to become york is U Directors and future leaders of the organization.
