A volunteer is any student who spends time working on york is U events or projects without receiving financial compensation for this work. Then simply show up to any york is U volunteer opportunity that interests you and like magic, you will instantly become a york is U volunteer.

Every minute you spend volunteering with york is U counts towards membership and great rewards. The more you volunteer the greater your rewards. We track and recognize all your volunteer contributions (events, programs, meetings, orientations, retreats, everything) in the york is U contributors lists which is updated weekly and sorted alphabetically by volunteers first names.

All volunteers receive an exclusive york is U volunteer t-shirt. Dedicated volunteers become york is U members and received numerous benefits and rewards. Membership has its privileges.
